ALGISTAT® - COMPLETELY NATURAL

The oral intake of Clove Essential Oil and DHA at the dosages found in Algistat®, based on EFSA (European Food Safety Authority) recommendations, is considered safe. Furthermore, the lack of adverse effects at the recommended dosages makes Algistat® safe for prolonged use.

The particular formulation of Algistat® complex ensures that Clove Essential Oil – high in eugenol and beta-caryophyllene – and DHA are easily absorbed in the intestine. This allows for maximizing the antioxidant effect and the beneficial impact on the nervous system.

It is a versatile raw material that can be produced both in powder form for capsule formulations and in liquid form for softgel production. The Clove Essential Oil (Syzygium aromaticum Merr. et L.M. Perry) undergoes a microencapsulation process, followed by blending with DHA.

Algistat® is GMO-free. It does not contain, derive from, or consist of Genetically Modified Organisms. Algistat® complies with Regulations CE 1829/2003 and 1830/2003. In particular: Regulation (CE) No. 1829/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council, dated 22 September 2003, on genetically modified food and feed, and Regulation (CE) No. 1830/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council, dated 22 September 2003, on the traceability and labeling of genetically modified organisms and the traceability of food and feed products produced from genetically modified organisms.

TGD s.r.l. has developed Algistat® as a raw material to be used either on its own or in combination with other ingredients. As a raw material, the product is sold in the form of powder for capsule production or liquid for softgel formulation. Algistat® is also available as a ready-to-use dietary supplement, Algistat® Complex.
