He collaborates with specialists in the gastrointestinal field, particularly with the Regional Reference Center for Chronic Inflammatory Bowel Diseases at the Sant&#8217;Orsola-Malpighi University Hospital, as well as with various companies in the food and pharmaceutical sectors. He is involved in national and international projects and has authored over 100 publications in major scientific journals.
